Brian Adams PRESIDENT
Brian joined Freo Group & WGC Cranes as President in October 2025.
He brings more than 30 years of international executive experience across the mining, construction, energy, and manufacturing sectors. A proven, values-driven leader, Brian combines deep operational, financial, and strategic expertise with a strong record of delivering sustainable business performance.
Throughout his career, he has held senior roles in finance, operations, procurement, and technology with leading global organizations including BMW Financial Services, Caterpillar, Worley, Ernst & Young, and BGC (Australia).

Adam Botica VICE PRESIDENT - FINANCE
Adam is a finance executive with over 15 years of experience in leading growth, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A), and financial strategy across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the wider Asia-Pacific region. Since February 2025, he has been serving as the Vice President of Finance at Freo Group and WGC Cranes, where he focuses on scaling operations, driving profitability, and building high-performing finance teams.
With in-depth industry expertise in mining, oil and gas, and industrial sectors, Adam has a proven track record of strategic execution, operational excellence, and delivering genuine shareholder value. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Annabel Robertson - Hopa DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Annabel joined Freo Group and WGC Cranes as Director – Human Resources in February 2026.
She brings extensive senior human resources leadership experience across the resources, industrial and engineering services sectors. Prior to joining Freo Group and WGC Cranes, Annabel held several leadership roles at InfraBuild from 2017, most recently serving as National HR Manager – Steel & Tube. Her career also includes senior HR and people leadership positions with Pressure Dynamics, COSOL and Forge Group.
Annabel is recognised for building organisational capability, supporting large operational workforces, and leading transformational change across geographically dispersed businesses throughout Australia.
In her role, Annabel is responsible for leading Freo Group and WGC Crane’s people and culture strategy, with a focus on workforce capability, leadership development and strengthening organisational performance to support the company’s continued growth.

Tyler Hannah GENERAL MANAGER - RENEWABLES & PROJECTS
Tyler joined Freo Group and WGC Cranes as General Manager – Renewables & Projects in January 2026.
He brings extensive leadership experience across the crane services and renewable energy sectors, with deep expertise supporting wind energy construction, maintenance, and major project delivery. Tyler has a strong background in operations, business development, and project execution, and is recognised for driving growth, improving performance, and leading high-performing teams in complex project environments.
In his role, Tyler is responsible for leading Freo Group and WGC Crane’s Renewables and Projects portfolio, focusing on strategic growth in the energy transition sector, customer delivery and the successful execution of major projects aligned with Freo Group and WGC Crane’s commitment to safe and reliable lifting solution.

Craig Spector GENERAL MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Craig is a performance-focused General Manager of Business Development who has been with Freo Group and WGC Cranes since 2017. He has over 20 years of extensive sales and business development experience in the mining and infrastructure industries.
In his role as the General Manager of Business Development, Craig has successfully built a customer base, which has been a pivotal part of Freo Group and WGC Crane’s recent growth.

Marcus Piggott GENERAL MANAGER – EASTEN REGION OPERATIONS
Marcus joined Freo Group & WGC Cranes in 2023 as General Manager – Assets & Maintenance.
He brings more than 15 years of experience across fleet management, operations, and service within the heavy industrial, construction and manufacturing sectors.
In January 2026, Marcus was appointed General Manager – Eastern Region Operations, with responsibility for leading Freo Group’s & WGC Crane’s operations across Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Prior to joining Freo Group, Marcus held the role of Asset and Service Manager at Coates Hire, overseeing operations across Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania.
